At HolidayLights.com, we want your home to shine bright, but if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return policy on all non-seasonal items. Please ensure all lighting products are returned in their original packaging with all components included.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused lights and accessories back into their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all bulbs, wires, and power adapters are secured.
- 3.Label and Ship
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your shipping box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned lights for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
