Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know to brighten your home this season.

What is the difference between LED and incandescent holiday lights?

LED lights are more energy-efficient, lasting up to 50,000 hours and using 90% less energy than incandescent bulbs. While incandescent bulbs offer a traditional warm glow, LEDs are cooler to the touch and much more durable for long-term use.

Are your lights suitable for outdoor use in extreme weather?

Yes, most of our products are UL-rated for outdoor use and designed to withstand rain, snow, and freezing temperatures. Please check the specific product description for the 'Weatherproof' or 'Commercial Grade' designation.

How many light strings can I safely connect together?

The number of connectable strings depends on the wattage and the fuse rating. For standard LEDs, you can typically connect up to 21-45 strings, whereas incandescent sets are usually limited to 3-6 strings. Always refer to the safety tag on the wire.

What is your return policy for holiday decor?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that returns for seasonal items must be initiated at least 10 days before the major holiday to qualify for a full refund.

Do you offer bulk discounts for professional installers?

Absolutely. We provide tiered pricing for professional decorators and commercial projects. Please contact our support team or visit our 'Pro Accounts' page to apply for wholesale pricing on bulk orders.

When will my order ship?

Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days. During peak season (November and December), processing may take up to 3-4 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
